By accessing or using Barrow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

2. Description of Service

Barrow is a service that allows users to process and generate reports from documents stored in Google Drive. The service may include various features and functionalities that may be updated or modified over time.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
  • Update your information to keep it accurate and current
  • Protect your account credentials and not share them with others
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, upload, or display through our service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

You represent and warrant that:

  • The User Content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party

6. Intellectual Property

The Barrow service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Barrow AI, Inc. and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Barrow AI, Inc., its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the service
  • Any content obtained from the service
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Barrow AI, Inc. operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
